Hello,
At this time your domain does not appear to be locked. To obtain the domain transfer code, you would need to login to manage.opensrs.net using your account username and password.
If you wish to move the domain registration to a new registrar, you will need to insure that you do the following steps:
1. Ensure that private registration (if it is enabled) is canceled. (You do not have this.)
2. Login to
http://manage.opensrs.net using the domain account username and
Password (notify us if there are any issues).
3. Check that the admin contact information is up to date, and make sure that the admin contact email address has an email address you have access to.
4. While logged into manage.opensrs.net, click on "domain extras" to obtain the EPP/Domain transfer code that will be needed later in the transfer.
5. Contact the new registrar, and request that the domain be transferred to them.
6. They will then send an email to the admin contact email address, which will have specific steps that must be followed to allow the transfer to complete.
7. Once you get confirmation of a successful transfer, you will need to notify us to cancel the bill for the domain in question to avoid any automated renewals from being processed. You also have the option to set the domain to cancel via your CAP.
To cancel the renewal of your domain you can go to
http://lplogin.com and enter your username and password.
Once logged in, click on the link for Manage/Register Domains, locate the domain, and then click the pencil icon on the right to edit the domain information. Scroll down a bit and you will see: This domain is set to renew. Click here to cancel. Click the word 'here' and the bill for that domain name will be canceled.
Please note, that a domain cannot be transferred between registrars within 60 days of initial registration, renewal, or previous transfer.
In the event that the domain cannot be transferred, but you wish to host it at a new hosting company, this can be done by obtaining the name servers from the new host, then using manage.opensrs.net to update the name servers to point the domain there.
If you experience any issues, for security purposes to confirm you are the account holder, please provide the following:
cPanel username or the primary domain on the account:
Last 4 digits of the credit card on file:
