要求取消自動付款的信件
最近我用的NETFIRMS快到期了
偏偏他們後台不讓我取消AUTO RENEW。
跟LIVE CHAT聊了一下，他要我寄信到BILLING部門
以下是我的信件內容

Due to the expiring date is coming in less then [color=Red]20[/color] days, I hope you could help me to turn the auto-renewal off for me asap.

他們打算用七折來誘惑我繼續使用服務
不過我還是堅持要退
簡單確認個帳號/密碼，隨口掰一下原因，回給他就好了
之後進後台看，付款資料(信用卡號、姓名等等的)已經被清掉了
還算滿阿沙力的。
