請問如何取消自動續約@@
差點忘了到期日…嚇死

我沒有用過 HostICan 不知道介面如何，
但是一般都可以在後台的帳戶資訊頁(Account Information)內找到有關續約(Renew)的選項。
你找找有沒有"renew" / "auto renew" 的關鍵字，
或者你找客服說"How to turn off the Auto Renew option for my hosting plan account?"
他們應該會告訴你要如何處理。

我是在到期之前去通知他我不要用了

Live chat 問過了，
她們說不能自行在後台取消，
必須要告訴她們，
樣她們來處理。
你就照我 #2 說的去Live chat 問吧，
他們會教你如何。
